BODYWISE YOGA
Yoga is for everyone. Regardless of your age or ability, yoga can be tailored to suit your needs. There are many benefits to practising yoga; increased strength and flexibility; Improved posture; It helps you becoming more calm and centred thereby helping you deal with stress more effectively; it can help with specific conditions like muscle tension and can benefit many other conditions too. Practising yoga asana helps you become happier, healthier, calmer and more confident and is a fantastic system which helps you realise your true potential.
I love teaching Yoga, and passing on the knowledge I have gained during the 20 years that I have been practising. I teach Hatha and Vinyassa flow styles of yoga and aim to make my classes and 1-2-1 sessions fun and accessible to all.
