BODYWISE YOGA

Yoga is for everyone. Regardless of your age or ability, yoga can be tailored to suit your needs. There are many benefits to practising yoga; increased strength and flexibility; Improved posture; It helps  you  becoming more calm and centred thereby helping you deal with stress more effectively; it can help with specific conditions like muscle tension and can benefit many other conditions too. Practising yoga asana helps you become happier, healthier, calmer and more confident and is a fantastic system which helps you realise your true potential.
 
I love Yoga and I love to teach and pass on the knowledge I have learnt during the 15 years that I have been practising. I teach Hatha and Vinyassa flow styles of yoga and  aim to make my classes and 121 sessions fun and accessible to all. These weekly classes are subsidised making them affordable to all. Fun and friendly, these general Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and those with previous experience. You need only be fit enough to get yourself to class and climb a flight of steps to be able to join in these classes and enjoy the many benefits of yoga.
