SHIATSUShiatsu is an ancient Japanese healing art which is used to promote health and well being. It is particularly effective in the treatment of stress related conditions and can help with many other physical, emotional and psychological issues. A clothed treatment using different techniques, including the use of pressure points, Shiatsu encourages the free flow of Qi throughout the body. You do not need to be unwell in any way to enjoy and appreciate the benefits of a Shiatsu treatment.
